Refunds are provided only under our Money Back Guarantee for Monthly Subscriptions.
Our Money Back Guarantee applies where our tips produce a net loss over a subscription month. A subscription month is defined as the period beginning on the date payment is made and ending on the same date in the following month.
E.g, if you make payment on 27th July, your month period starts on 27th July and ends 27th August. Based on BST timezones.
Also, to qualify for a refund, subscribers must follow the same staking plan structure that we use, using a consistent multiplier relative to our advised stakes. E.g, if we advise a £10 stake and you are comfortable betting £25, your personal multiplier is 2.5x (£25 ÷ £10). Apply It Consistently – From that point on, you must apply this exact 2.5x multiplier to every single stake we advise for that month. Not staking in the same proportion as us makes you ineligible for a refund in the event of a losing month.
Refund claims must be submitted within seven days after the end of the relevant losing subscription month. Refunds apply solely to active Monthly Subscriptions and cannot be transferred, deferred, or applied to any future period.
The profit/loss calculation is based on the total performance of all tips provided within any monthly billing period. Eligibility for a refund requires this complete official record to show a net loss, regardless of which tips you personally chose to bet on.
To claim a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of the last day of the relevant monthly billing period.
The guarantee is valid for Monthly packages only and does not apply to Annual subscriptions.
Payment for subscriptions is required in advance and is non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at contact@premiumbettingtips.com
Refunds for plans purchased with cryptocurrency are issued in the same crypto amount originally paid, regardless of changes in the Crypto-to-Fiat exchange rate. These Exchange rate movements (up or down) between the payment date and refund date do not change the refund amount. For example, if you paid 0.00050 BTC, your refund will also be 0.00050 BTC, even if the GBP value of Bitcoin has increased or decreased since the time of purchase. We do not adjust refund amounts based on fluctuations in crypto-to-fiat exchange rates.
