These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the www.premiumbettingtips.com website and the services provided therein (collectively referred to as the “Service”), operated by Premium Betting Tips.

a. Subscription: Users may subscribe to the Service for a monthly or annual fee. By subscribing, users gain access to exclusive betting tips and content.
b. Payment: Payment for subscriptions is required in advance. Refunds are available only in accordance with Section 4 (Refund Policy).
4A. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility: Premium Betting Tips offers a refund only where the subscriber’s account records an overall loss during the applicable subscription month, calculated solely from the official betting tips provided through the Service.
b. Subscription Month: For the purposes of the refund policy, a “subscription month” begins on the calendar date that payment is made and ends one calendar month later. For example, if payment is made on 19 May, the subscription month will end on 19 June.
c. Refund Scope: Any refund applies only to the subscription fee paid for the specific losing subscription month. Refunds do not apply to previous subscription months, future subscription months, betting losses, bookmaker fees, transaction fees, or any other costs incurred by the subscriber.
d. One-Month Limitation: Eligibility for a refund is assessed independently for each subscription month. A losing month does not create entitlement to a refund for any other period.
e. Cryptocurrency Payments: Where a subscription was purchased using cryptocurrency, any approved refund will be issued in the same cryptocurrency amount originally paid. Refund amounts are not adjusted to reflect changes in fiat currency value, exchange rates, market prices, blockchain fees, or any other fluctuations occurring between the payment date and refund date.
f. Refund Requests: Subscribers must submit any refund request within 7 days of the end of the relevant subscription month. Premium Betting Tips reserves the right to verify account eligibility before processing any refund. Refund requests should be sent to contact@premiumbettingtips.com
g. Final Determination: Premium Betting Tips’ calculation of profit or loss for the relevant subscription month shall be final and based on the official results and records maintained by Premium Betting Tips.
5. Disclaimer on Betting Tips
a. Purpose of Tips: Our betting tips are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and insightful tips, we do not guarantee success on individual tips.
b. Long-Term Profitability: Our tips are designed to be successful over multiple tips and events over the course of a month period. The aim is to produce an overall profit over that month period rather than ensuring success on every individual tip.
c. Risk of Betting: Betting involves inherent risks, and there is no guarantee of winning. We encourage our users to gamble responsibly and to consider their financial situation before placing any bets based on our tips.
d. No Liability for Losses: We shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of using our betting tips. Users are solely responsible for their betting decisions and should exercise caution and discretion when placing bets.
6. User Conduct
a. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
b. You may not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party’s use of the Service.
